Summary of Responsibilities:

 The purpose of this position is to assist the Clubhouse Manager with on-field and off-field duties including set up of player equipment, restocking coolers, and laundry.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Assist players with on-field/off-field equipment needs: set up equipment in appropriate slots, pick up/replace equipment after hitting
  • Prep bench for games, includes stocking coolers, gum, sunflower seeds, etc.; Maintain coolers and bench during games
  • Launder towels, uniforms, and clothing as needed for the Clubhouse
  • Assist in packing/unpacking team equipment and baggage
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required:

  • Current High School student (at least 16 y.o.) with GPA 3.0 or higher; College student with GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
  • 1 year experience playing baseball, team manager or general support of the team
  • Knowledge of the game of baseball
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift and /or carry at least 25lbs consistently
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
