Area Manager - Event Attendants

Summary of Responsibilities:

These positions are responsible for the management of St. Louis Cardinals Event Staff - Event Attendants with an emphasis on cleanliness and guest service.

 Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Manage a group of 15-30 Event Staff - Event Attendants for every event.
  • Organize staffing assignments and batting practice staff.
  • Perform daily safety and cleanliness inspections to ensure areas are clean and supplies are fully stocked.
  • Motivate and communicate with all Event Staff members to ensure your area is running efficiently.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations.
  • Proactively assist Event Staff Event Attendants with day to day cleaning and guest service needs.
  • Ability to adhere to the Event Staff attendance policy.
  • Available to report for Batting Practice report time for select games.


Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Positive/enthusiastic attitude
  • Above average organization and communication skills
  • Listening/problem solving skills are critical
  • Experience operating and communicating via radio
  • Must be comfortable conducting employee performance appraisals and reviews
  • Responsible for accountability of your team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have a minimum 3 years of experience with the St. Louis Cardinals and a good attendance record
