Area Manager - Event Attendants
Summary of Responsibilities:
These positions are responsible for the management of St. Louis Cardinals Event Staff - Event Attendants with an emphasis on cleanliness and guest service.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Manage a group of 15-30 Event Staff - Event Attendants for every event.
- Organize staffing assignments and batting practice staff.
- Perform daily safety and cleanliness inspections to ensure areas are clean and supplies are fully stocked.
- Motivate and communicate with all Event Staff members to ensure your area is running efficiently.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Proactively assist Event Staff Event Attendants with day to day cleaning and guest service needs.
- Ability to adhere to the Event Staff attendance policy.
- Available to report for Batting Practice report time for select games.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Positive/enthusiastic attitude
- Above average organization and communication skills
- Listening/problem solving skills are critical
- Experience operating and communicating via radio
- Must be comfortable conducting employee performance appraisals and reviews
- Responsible for accountability of your team
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a minimum 3 years of experience with the St. Louis Cardinals and a good attendance record
