Family Pavilion Host (Part-Time, Seasonal)

This position is part-time, seasonal for the 2026 season. Please note that our front office will be closed from December 19th, 2025, through January 1st, 2026. Job Summary:

The St. Louis Cardinals are seeking candidates for the Family Pavilion Host position. In this role, you will assist and provide excellent customer service to Family Pavilion patrons, maintain and safely operate the various games and attractions in the area, process timely and efficient transactions, and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable venue for guests' enjoyment. Family Pavilion is regarded as the "Family Fun Center," and this position is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating fun, family-friendly experiences and engaging with guests of all ages.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers, assist them with their needs at the venue, answer questions and provide a safe, secure environment for the guest to enjoy
• Monitor the area and equipment to ensure safety and prevent damage or injury
• Process transactions through the POS system
• Consistently clean and straighten the area and its games and attractions to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable venue to enhance customers' experience
• Maintain and operate all games and attractions to provide an enjoyable experience for the fans

Education/Experience Required:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous customer service experience
• Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and/or carry at least 10 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time

Education/Experience Preferred:

• 1-2+ years of customer service experience
• 1-2+ years of work experience in an entertainment venue
• Comfort with technology and troubleshooting minor technical issues
• Previous cashier experience
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Excellent organizational skills
