Korean Interpreter (Full-Time)

Summary of Responsibilities

The Korean Interpreter will work directly with Korean players to facilitate communication between the Korean and English languages with coaches, teammates, front office staff, and media under the direction of the Director of Player Development.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Proficiently interpret for Korean players
• Ability to read, write and speak the Korean language and the English language
• Assist Korean players to assimilate into a new culture and organization
• Provide personal assistant level service to players and staff as needed
• Ability to work closely with on-field personnel (coaches and training staff) as it pertains to individual player instruction
• Handle paperwork for Korean players
• When called upon, and if available, assist player development with on-site operations
