Recycling Assistant

Summary of Responsibilities:

The St. Louis Cardinals are looking for candidates for the Recycling Assistant position. The primary duty of this position is to sort recyclable materials from trash containers and place into appropriate recycle containers for the betterment of the stadium and environment that surrounds it. Individuals in this position must have evening and some weekend availability.

 Essential Functions of the Job:

• Sort recyclable materials from trash containers and place into appropriate recycle containers.
• Identify recyclable materials not sent to landfill
• Identify recyclable materials recycled for rebates to reduce the cost of waste disposal

 Education and Experience:

• High School diploma, GED, or combination of experience and education
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to do multiple tasks and prioritize
• Ability to follow instructions; good attention to detail
• Ability to work on own and with a team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in environment
