Ticket Sales Associate (Part-Time, Seasonal)

This position is part-time, seasonal for the 2026 season. Please note that our front office will be closed from December 19th, 2025, through January 1st, 2026. Job Summary:

The Ticket Sales Associate is a part-time, seasonal position responsible for driving ticket revenue through proactive sales efforts while delivering exceptional customer service. This role will sell and service incoming ticket inquiries via phone and email, assist with outbound sales initiatives, and support the Ticket Sales team in achieving departmental goals. The associate will act as a problem solver, working with the Ticket Sales department to resolve any customer issues.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service via all inbound portals of communication including but not limited to phone calls and emails to maximize revenue for ticket sales, through excellent customer service and repeat customers
• Generate new sales through outbound calls and lead follow-up
• Participate in ongoing sales training sessions to learn effective sales techniques and product knowledge
• Communicate and cooperate with Ticket Services to respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in order to sell tickets at a higher per cap rate than other channels (web, windows, kiosks).
• Cultivate new business and strengthen current associations with existing accounts through inbound sales. Encourage effective communication to increase number of relationships
• Work in tandem with the Ticket Development, Marketing, Season, Premium, and Group Sales departments to establish a seamless transition from sales to service. Assist with inbound call volume to provide an opportunity for Ticket Development to perform outbound sales calls.
• May be scheduled for game day activations and/or perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required:

• Enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited college or university
• Experience in sales and/or sports industry
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proven ability to work as a team player and act as a problem solver
• Ability to multi-task, both verbally and written
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
• Desire to learn and grow professionally in the sports industry
• Ability to stand on feet and walk comfortably for periods of time

Education and Experience Preferred:

• 1 year of experience in sales and/or sports industry
