Ticket Services Account Executive

Summary of Responsibilities

This union position prints and fulfills season, packs, group, consignments, individual and special-event tickets at Busch Stadium and is also responsible for assisting customers, employees, and internal clients, all while maintaining high standards of customer service. The Ticket Services Account Executive will also prepare daily reconciliations and assist with day-to-day ticket office operations as required by management. Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Print, service, and fulfill tickets in a timely manner to customers and employees, providing a high level of quality control and customer service
  • Work closely with other ticket services employees and front office staff to service season ticket accounts and group ticket accounts
  • Prepare daily reconciliation reports of transactions for other staff members and assist with reconciliation process to balance daily

Education and Experience Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience operating entertainment venue ticket system
  • 6+months Cash handling and reconciliation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task without direct supervision
  • Good organization & time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Education and Experience Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university; or a combination of experience and education
  • Experience using the ProVenue ticketing system
  • Ticket selling experience within the sports industry
  • Strong customer service background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills & time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent self-starter
